our History

Founder and Managing Director, Christopher Barlow started Constructive Services and its subsidiaries after his own experiences in trying to employ a reliable tradesman, he struggled to find anybody suitable to come and give him a quote for his own home.

Chris recognised that his local area was missing an exterior cleaning business that could provide a reliable service and structued solutions for people who havent got the time or equipment to carry out essential maintenance on their homes.

Coming from a customer focused background Chris understood the importance of developing a service that would provide its customers with reliability and competence, in a professional manner. With a strong belief in the attitude of "dont over promise, and do what you say you are going to do!" Chris and his team are continuing to grow the service they can offer!

As this business has continued to succesfully maintain peoples homes, Chris has since developed Constructive Driveways that specialises in the restoration and protection of many driveways and patios throughout the North West. He has also taken a stakehold in his families replacement window business named Carnforth Window Co, which has an enviable reputation for quality and service since 1989.

Chris can now proudly tell his customers that he can provide a service to take care of all of their exterior chores!
